IKE....GO away!!

The Simonds are safely in Jersey Village staying with our friends the Crellers. Thanks to them again for taking us in when the hurricanes come. Cooper is a little sick and has been coughing. We actually took him to urgent care last night to make sure that he did not need any medication. SO far, so good. We had fun today. We left the house about 9:00 and got here about 10:30. The traffic was not bad at all. Cooper ate, took a nap, went to the park, played outside, and went to bed. He had a great time.

Well, just pray for a quick recovery after the storm. Also, that nothing happens to the house. We brought everything inside,but did not have the time or means to board up the windows. So, we shall see.
