MUCH BETTER

Well, we went to the ENT on Friday. The ENT appt. was for 11:00 and then depending on what happened at the appt., we were then headed to the infectious disease dr.

The ENT strapped Cooper down. The dr. looked in his ears, cleaned out his ear canal, and used a suction thing to suck out the fluid in his right ear. Then, the Dr. put antibiotic drops in Coopers ear and recommended that we come back in 15 days. So, we will be doing ear drops for the next 15 day, in addition to continuing the nasal irrigation. He also prescribed a nasal steroid that should help the situation. He DID NOT recommend that we go to the infectious disease dr at this point. He did not think that it was necessary and really thinks that Cooper needed his ear suctioned and some new drops.

WHAT A RELIEF! Some good news. I just wasn't feeling right about having him on a potent, controlled medication. So, thank you to the ENT!

Cooper's next appt with the ENT is on the 27th of this month to check on the status of his ear! YIPPEE for specialist :)

Thanks for all the support and prayers.
